1 large chopped red onion & Saute in a large pot w/ 1 Tbls Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 3 Large Carrots - Chopped, 2 Zucchini - Chopped, 1 Yellow Squash - Chopped, 1 Can Organic Kidney Beans (Drained & Rinsed), 1 Box Organic Chicken Stock, 2 Cups Filtered Water, Tbsp of Minced Garlic, Boil for About 5 mins. Add 1 Tbsp Dried Basil & 1/2 Tbsp Dried Oregano, Add 1 Can Organic Diced Tomatoes & 1 Bag of Baby Spinach. Bring just back up to a boil. Tbsp of A-1 Sauce. Sprinkle Fresh Grated Parmesan Cheese on Top Once in the Serving Bowls. About 140 Cals Per 2 Cup Serving & Around 2 Grams of Fat.
